I have also been scammed by these guys. They claim you can't checkout unless you agree to the terms of $29.95 and $1.00 service fee. When I checked out there was a check box asking if I wanted to sign up for the "service'. I unchecked the box and was charged for it anyway. There was no mention of a $29.95 monthy fee anwhere in the terms. A month or so later I noticed several $1.00 charges on my statement, I logged into the site and cancelled again. I recieved an email saying I was cancelled. A month later, more charges on my account. I tried calling the listed number and went into a menu maze where no-one answered. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and was refunded the $1.00 charges. Next month the $29.95 charges started showing up. (remember, I cancelled the service months before) I called every number I could find between the DBS and the Servicecenter website. Finally got to talk to a live person who cancelled my account and issued a refund. Wait, there is more - I recieved an email stating I did not qualify for a full refund and would only get part of the money back. I will be on the phone to the credit card company this morning to dispute all the charges. I reached a live person at 561-989-7400
