This is the letter that I JUST emailed to this lame business. I wan to sue them!! They are not letting me return the
book (Art of Public Speaking) which I need for my class, saying that it was my mistake by ordering the wrong book and that they cant issue me a RMA and that if it was there fault they would issue me one. What kind of business is this?? They have the WORST customer service I have seen in my life!!
Hello. The book I received is a workbook. I need the actual book & you guys
don't have it. I read your return policy and it says If I am not completely satisfied
with the book that I can return it. So I want to return it and receive my full
refund. I need the book book for my class.My teacher said that if we don't have
it by Wed (this Wed) that she will drop us from the class, so why would I
purposely order the 'workbook'?????? I paid a total of 60, which included the
book and membership and now customer service is telling me I cant return it
because they didn't make the mistake and that's the policy. On your website it
didn't say "workbook". It says it on the picture but who is going to see that? The
picture is so small. I didn't see it. I'm really pissed that I cant return it!!!. What
kind of business is this?? You should rewrite your return policy saying that if
its the customers fault by ordering the wrong book that a RMA is not issued. I
cant believe this!! The other reason why I am really pissed is that I called
yesterday and the girl told me I have to write a letter to Corporate office asking
if I can return the book! What is this the 70's?? They don't have a email address
or phone?? I seriously cant believe how you guys treat your customers like this!
You have the WORST customer service I have seen in my life!! I will NEVER
buy a book from you again. I want to talk to corporate or who ever owns this
lame business. I just want my dam money back!! I need my money back so
I can buy the actual book at my
school which is $100. You are not going to tell me that I just gave you guys
$60!!. I'm a college student and don't have a lot of money!!!!
