AVOID AT ALL COSTS

There are now many victims of this company that were left without their money, without returned service, and definitely without recourse. I won't bother telling you my story, for it is the same as yours (ordered service, no report, no response, no refund).
I will however tell you how to do something about it. If you have been a victim of this company, like I have been, please do the following:
1) Submit your complaint to the Better Business Bureau website:

DRC already has an F rating there. Help keep it that way.
2) Submit a complaint to Internet Crime Complaint Center (http://IC3.gov)

This website was provided to me and other victims by our police precincts. Given enough complaints, the FBI may investigate the claims.
3) Submit a complaint to the California Department of Justice, Attorney General's Office

4) Submit your story to NBC4 Investigative team (I-Team)

If you remain silent or let it go, the company will continue to make a fortune from victims. Help send these people to jail. Take action!
