Wow...totally blown away when I read all the bad reviews. Have used this company several times and have nothing but great things to say. I did receive a phone once that needed a different battery but that was sent out right away. If I had one thing to say negatively is that if you try to call them, the wait time can be quite long but thankfully it is still a human being on the other end and not a computer. Very trustworthy company and very helpful when you have correspondence with them. Highly reccommend!!!
