We were also scammed by this company. Luckily I was able to determine that it had never been ordered. It was still sitting in our warehouse unopened. Dynatek probably called asking who our shipping manager was and someone gave out her name. My first red flag was that they spelled her name incorrectly. I'm writing them a letter and telling them, thanks for the tape but you're not getting it back and we're not paying the bill.
You should never give out employee names. Also, don't give out model #'s of copiers and printers. That's an equally disturbing scam.
