I ordered a replacement Motorola cell phone battery, and though it was promptly shipped, I received the wrong size.
Also ordered a wall charger, and instead of a Motorola to fit my phone rec'd a Blackberry charger. No packing slip nor paperwork/instructions to facilitate returns/replacements was included.
Was in the process of writing up my own request for exchange when I came across these reviews, which I wish I'd seen before ordering! I'm not going to bother with the time and expense of return shipments requesting replacements, but cut my losses and get the parts I need from a more reliable source.
