sent me the wrong battery not once but twice

I'm very disappointed. They sent me the wrong battery for my phone, I contacted them, they apologized and they sent another, but it was also wrong! I was correct with what I ordered and needed. They will offer money back but at my expense to ship. After
contacting them a few times to resolve this they stopped responding. REALLY????? take your business elsewhere.
