I purchased a battery for my cell phone. I emailed them 3x and they told me it was in transit. On my 4th email the rep told me that this
battery was on back order. It would be approx. another 10 days. This would be 20+ days from the time I placed the order. I cancelled and requested refund. Lets see how that goes. Poor service and bad customer service.
