OK.. I don't want to hammer to much, but most of you are dead on about the company EMTC, Inc. I ordered after reading three different web site review comments, that were all somewhat telling bad dealings with this firm. Well they came through just like most of you said they did o you. I ordered a LG brand cell battery and a ear /mic plug in for the cell. They both were in stock and I received them about 7 days later from south calif to north calif. The ear phone works fine but looked like it could have been used! The battery would not charge so I sent in a email and they sent out another without even asking for it back! Wow.. I thought that was odd as I could have been BS-ing. Well 6 days later I get the "NEW" replacement and it does the same thing but now turns on and off my phone! What? I took both to the local Verizon store and they could not get them to charge as well. I put my old battery back in and it worked fine. I sent them another email and they just replied to return them but I have to pay for the shipping! Not going to happen. I just as well take them to the recycle bin. I should have figured it out when I saw the price! But then, times are ruff now and we all look for good deals.
Bottom-line... BUYER BEWARE !
