Ok first off stay away from ecruises in Danbury ct 1-800-223-6868 owner Michael Ripka , I got married on norweigan cruise line and booked everything thru his company, we had booked 40 cabins and had 90 ppl attend for the week, they were running a special
and if we booked so many rooms we get a credit on our cruise fare so he owes us $2400 dollars, apparently he had a problem with one of our guest that didn't pay but yet he still aloud them to cruise hmmm? Who does that? Anyway he stated to me and my wife that
if he didn't get his 1 cruise fare he wasn't gonna give us our credit, we explained to him this has nothing to do with us he needs to take action and go after this customer, instead he wants us to get the money from the guest otherwise we don't get ours total
blackmail , it has been 5 months and this is the first day he ever called us back, instead he bullies his employees to do his dirty work, what a joke of a business man! Anyway I warned him this was gonna happen little does he know the next step is news channels
and news papers oh Mr Ripka be ready for 7 on your side and kane in our corner there coming pal. This man is so disrespectful to his employees and customers real arrogant. This guy went on the cruise we took and we found out from one of our guest that on the
lastnite he forged names on 40 cabins to get cabin credits for future cruises, this is what happened our guest checked there cabin bill and seen a charge for a future cruise they told us and we checked ours and sure enough we had the same charge and so did
all our 90 guest!! Norwegian is investigating this and he hid in his room the rest of the cruise. We have a picture of our document he signed and it was my 8 year old daughters name! This was his plan he charged all of us for future cabin credits, if we didn't
catch this he was gonna pay for it on his business then we would get credited back and he walks with 16000 dollars in credits for future guest.. What a scammer stay away and look for him on tv soon real soon!!!
