I Wouldnt
Bought an engagement ring in mid Dec that was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. The ring was very late. Didnt get it until second week of Jan. When I got the ring it did not match the photo and was not even finished. The entire underside of the ring was not polished and looked very grainy. They blamed this and the delay of the ring on covid and the holidays stating it must have slipped past quality assurance. I was told to send the ring back and they would get me a replacement sent back out in 3 days. Today is day 7 and i called them to inquire about the ring as this is the 2nd time they have stated I would receive it and havent.they told me today that they would check on it and call me in an hour. They called me roughly an hour later stating they were working on it and I would get a call by the end of the day. They are now closed and i received no call. Its Friday too so I won't get a response until Monday when I'm sure I'll have to call them back. This is the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. Especially when I spent over 4k at their company for the ring. At this point I am going to ask for a refund seeing how I don't even have the ring anyway. Oh and a quick tip if you're trying to call them and can't get ahold of anyone because they won't answer the extensions that have to do with questions and past orders dial the extension that says you need help placing an order. Low and behold they always answer that extension. Go figure, shady as hell. I highly recommend going elsewhere. This company is a total let down. You've been warned.
