I did a lot of research into window shutters, both through design shops and the internet before contacting Elizabeth Shutters for a consultation relative to my San Diego area home. I was promptly contacted by my salesperson, Steve Brewer, who I found to be punctual, professional and very personable. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain their product as this was my first experience with shutters. Steve performed the measuring during the same visit and the quotation I received was reasonable in terms of the custom nature of some of my windows and the quality of the materials I was shown. My shutters were manufactured within the time frame quoted and the installation went very smoothly. I have had several compliments on my new shutters from friends, and really love the way they have transformed the look of my home. I would definately recommend Elizabeth Shutters without hesitation.
