I truly enjoy the airline ticket service that your company offers! I travel often, and I am notorious for being a last minute ticket purchaser. Since I discovered your company at the beginning of 2008, you have SAVED ME THOUSANDS on plane ticket purchases.
Each time I purchase a plane ticket from you, I carry out my responsibility as a consumer, and I compare your ticket price against: Orbitz, Cheaptickets, Sidestep, as well as each major carrier, directly. Each time, I confirm again that you guys have an unbelievable service for this day and age in the airline industry. Not only do you always have the very best price, but you also offer the most flexibility in booking, and have been willing to help me make changes to my itinerary with minimal to no expense. I think the secret to your success as a 20-year old company is your 5-star customer service. Sam, you are a gem! And, it has been my pleasure to get to know you for the past 1.5 years.
