I placed an order for emergency supplies with this company 3/11/11. After several phone conversations (and email) with the customer service person - James, still no supplies have been shipped. It has now been exactly two weeks from the day I placed the order. The explanation I was given was that due to the recent surge in orders, things are taking longer to be shipped. I will never do business with this company again. Based on my experience I think the A rating is misleading. I chose this company based on this A rating, which was obviously a mistake.
