Darren truly cares about his clients. It's not uncommon to get an email from him saying that he's found a new exercise that he is excited about sharing. Darren is understanding about each client's individual limitations, yet finds subtle ways to encourage them to the next level. He is respectful and motivational and goes the extra mile to help his client's achieve their goals.
