This is a good company overall. They were easy to reach by phone and responded quickly.
A couple of small things went wrong. For example, Express Relocation doesn't ship plants. My plants were packed and put on the truck at my house, but were never sent for delivery to my new address. The men who came to pack up should have been clear about what could and could not be shipped. No big deal-- the plants weren't that expensive. But I could have easily taken them in my car.
Overall, though, a very good experience! Everything was packed carefully and everything arrived undamaged. The prices for packing assistance and delivery were reasonable and, as I said, the company was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions and concerns.
I would definitely use this company again.
