Review 2/7/2010
I noticed a few complaints from homeowners who say they were promised a specific result. I was not They told me I would get on avg 25-$0 reduction. I two a few days and read the contact they said clearly that there was no promised or results. I assume this is the same contact everyone gets. I was also told it would take on avg 4-6 months time to finish this process. It took 184 days... I know I was worried the whole time. They did reduce my payment 35% and saved my home. I could have passed on the reduction that I was offered and I thought about it but just because I said or thought that was not enough that would not entitle me to a refund and I knew that. I was refereed to this company They are a nonprofit Org I had them send me a copy of the IRS documents so I am 100% sure of this fact. They are also listed with the Department of Justice and bonded in the state of CA . Seems the BBB is not updating this information for some reason. I know I checked. bottom line it did cost me some money but I was turned down twice and they got results and saved me over the 28 years left on my loan over 122k
