I hired Avi in March, 2012 to remodel the guest bathroom. From start to finish he was only interested in making me, the client, happy.
While I interviewed other contractors, it was clear he was the most affable and present on a daily basis.
Workers were clean and neat and on the job each day. When changes had to be made mid-project, everyone understood and worked toward that end.
As a client, be certain you have specific drawings, specs and even photos of what you want before you discuss the job. Your costs in and outside the contract should be confirmed.
It is a pleasant extra that he hires a professional cleaning service at the end of the project--a big extra for lady clients!
The French bathroom was a bit hit--come by anytime!
