They are awful. Apathetic customer service, have been with them for 5 years, agree with an earlier post that they are getting worse over the years.
I have paid them $2,500 in coverage fees over the last 5 years, and now I have a $10,000 bill that they clearly should cover....loopholes from their end to get out of it.
They don't care, and I wish I had looked up these reviews earlier. Save your money, everyone is right, just hire someone yourself....you'll get better service, better replacement parts, and it will cost less.
I cannot stress this enough....avoid this group like the plague!!!!
