I wish to thank First One and their team of hardworkers for their outstanding service. Their document service and financial analysis of my situation was critical in helping me to lower my mortgage payment significantly. I can now afford my home. I had first attempted a mortgage payment reduction with my lender on my own and was declined by my lender. They know how to do this and they do what they say. I highly recommend them.
