I had to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. They asked for credit card information at the start of the order. then you go through a series of products that they want you to order.
Once you click through that crap you have purchased the products!!! They don't let you know the shipping cost or taxes. They don't give you a chance to say that you confirm the order.
The customer service is horrible. I tried to call in to cancel the order and had to wait on the phone for over 25 minutes each time. Once I finally got through, they said that my order was just processed but not shipped. They said that they could not cancel the order but could add a free gift to it. i said that if you can add something to the order then you can cancel it. the customer service rep said that that was nit possible. So I reported them to the BBB.
