DO NOT ORDER ON-LINE FLEX SEAL. Everyone's story about Flex Seal is accurate to my experience. You get a double order and almost $80 is charged to your account. Immediate calls to customer service 1-800-307-6201 and they say they can't do anything as your account is in process. This was after claiming we had static on the line and hung up on me three times. So I called to say I was placing an order, then they talked to me. I called my credit card company, and yes, the credit card is in process. So when the account soon entered, I called back and then they said, they can't credit the balance because the order is already in shipping. However, the ad says takes 2-4 weeks. So they give me an offer to return the other two cans and they will credit my account after giving me an offer of $5 off then $10 off. I wonder also if all the favorable reviews you see on U-Tube are done by this company? My only hope is that my credit card company will pursue them. They recommended I contact their dispute department and said this company sounds like a rip off. Most definitely.
