Scammers!!! should've picked flowers from my own garden!!

ordered from Canada, thought i was paying in Canadian Dollars as it did not state anywhere on the mobile version that all charges was in US dollars. Saw the bill, called them up, they agreed it didn't show that info on the mobile version, was told i should've used the desktop version on my phone, becuase yeh that makes sense, and i should've looked at the company info as it says there. well using the mobile version you cant even look up company info. and still said tough! I paid for the premium product (nicer and more flowers) and was given something the looked cheaper than the standard one! there was 1 rose in it, whereas the picture of the standard showed more, so i thought paying extra would give me a beautiful expensive arrangement! should've just picked flowers from my garden!!!
