No refund after flowershopping cancelled order

On 1/12/21 my order was placed to be delivered on the same day. A couple of hours later FlowerShopping called to say it couldn't be delivered because of no drivers. Mind you the order was placed before the cut off time for same-day delivery. FlowerShopping promised the arrangement would be delivered the next day 1/13/21 before 2 pm local time but at 130 pm local time still no delivery. FlowerShopping was called to see what was going on. FlowerShopping stated that the florist they used didn't deliver to that area and a full refund would be issued. After several calls and being told it take 5-7 business day for the refund to post. There still hasn't been a refund after 14 days. After calling today to find out what is going on. The CRS for FlowerShopping can't find the order even with the order number, says it has been deleted. Now FlowerShopping is refusing to help any future. Awful service.
