I have been with Fotress since 02/2016. I always received good service from Jeremy Warner and Chris Kline. Jeremy was always prompt to return my calls or emails. I tried to reach Jeremy in November by phone call and email. When I received a email deamon I knew he was no longer with Fortress. Since then I have called and left messages. I have also sent emails to Chris, Adrian and Customer service since 11/30/2017. As of today, 01/08/2018, I have received no response. When Jeremy was with them I would always return a call or email within 24 hours. I started by rolling over my 401k and several IRA's to a Gold and /Silver IRA. I am a small time investor but Jeremy always treated me as well as his big time investors. Now I am starting to wonder if I chose the right company to invest through. I would give a 5 star review if Jeremy was still with them; but know since I am not getting any response from them can only give a 1 star or at best 2 star review.
