Best Loan Servicer

I have had a number of loan servicers since I originally took out my student loans in 1991. Freedom LRS is consistently better at communication. They communicate with me, and I can communicate with them. This is huge in a world where most communication is done by email and text. I can call and speak with a knowledgeable human. They call me when there is a need for clarification. They are a joy. I am so grateful to have found them. I never hesitate to pick up a call from them.
