Best Loan Servicer

I have had a number of loan servicers since I originally took out my student loans in 1991. Freedom LRS is consistently better at communication. They communicate with me, and I can communicate with them. This is huge in a world where most communication is done by email and text. I can call and speak with a knowledgeable human. They call me when there is a need for clarification. They are a joy. I am so grateful to have found them. I never hesitate to pick up a call from them. If you are looking for someone to help you, they are the people to go with. Thank you Freedom LRS!!! And as of September 2021 nothing has changed, still the nicest people with the best CS.
