On the surface this company is a legitimate enterprise packaging their offer as "Professional Services". Best to take great care when you engage them, especially when you get to the point of reading their contract, which will usually be emailed to you while you are on the phone with them.
At the time you receive their contract via email while they're on the phone with you, they will invariably employ several "shell game" tactics to coerce you into clicking on the "I AGREE" button before you thoroughly read the agreement. Distraction and misguidance are the most common form their tactics take - "look here...look there" while you're trying to read the agreement. Take the time to read their agreement without their interruptions and distractions. If they really do want to help you, they'll answer when you call them back. However, had I followed this approach there is no way I would have agreed to their terms.
It is this writer's opinion that they are preying on the desperation of small business owners. Despicable. Steer clear of this company.
