I feel that one star is too high of a rating for Gatpro. They attempted to fix my PS3 three times (it never worked longer than a day after any repair). The first time they admitted that they did not reconnect the Ethernet cable inside the machine on the first repair. They fixed that and the machine broke down again within 5 hours. Then they assisted my via telephone for the next repair, and that repair lasted less than one day. When I called and spoke to Chip before I brought it in for the last time, I indicated that I needed to make sure that they were able to fix the machine before I brought it back in for repair because it was the fourth time (including the initial break down) that there has been a problem. He became very upset, stating that he worked on thousands of machines with no complaints and stated that he didn't know what I was doing to the machine. He also stated that they had fixed it for free the additional times and I had to remind him of the 90 warranty. So I took it back to Gatpro for the last time, asking them to take their time to check the machine and that was the last I have heard from Chip. I received no call to pick the machine up, there was no answer at their business and when I finally went to the location there was nothing there. They are gone. Now they have my money and my machine and no one ever contacted me.
