I ordered some Volt heated slippers and GadgetsGo shipped them promptly by USPS Priority mail; when my shipment got delayed by the Postal Service, Ross filed a missing shipment claim for me. I finally got the shipment (Holiday overload at the Post Office) but it was nice to have follow-up support by the merchant. This is rare these days. Highly recommended!
