Bond made good on his word
|
I was one of the many customers who was waiting for items that I had paid for but were never shipped. I had ordered a burmese ruby eternity ring, and a blue zircon ring from a discount wheel. They did charge my credit card immediately but never shipped.
This was in Aug/Sept. of 2013. After a few calls and conversations with "Mr. Bond" he agreed to send me one spectacular ring in place of the other two. I received the ring on 3/1/14. It is a stunning AAA/AAAA Tanzanite and Diamond ring, and ended up being
worth the wait. I know the business was having trouble, and the show is no longer airing, but Bond is working to make good on his promises and working with customers to fulfill orders as best he can. While I never got my burmese ruby birthstone ring, I am
very happy with the tanzanite ring I received that was better than I could have imagined.
