DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY WITH ANY FURNITURE FROM ANY FURNITURE STORE!!!!!!!!
I purchased my couch from Shleifer Furniture Company in Portland, Oregon and thought at the time it was an awesome idea to get the warranty due to the fact we were expecting our first child very soon, what a mistake that was! Global Care Solutions is a complete headache and JOKE. Our puppy peed all over our couch (which is down filled) so I called within the 3 day rule they have and they told me to fax over a sales invoice of purchase of the couch, and I did. Faxed them OVER 6 times! I called today and apparently my claim was closed because they never received my fax within 30 days and apparently they do not call you to follow up with ANYTHING. The costumer service is HORRIBLE, they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes, they are rude, and this last time the costumer service representative named Trish hung up on me. I know how a ruined couch with a BS warranty. I'm now talking with the furniture company to get this resolved. I can't believe they sell such a terrible product. SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF A HEADACHE DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!!!!
