Dave Freeman , 858-752- 6043,was excellent, always answered my emails and phone calls..
He answered all our questions and was very helpful in guiding us through the process which can be daunting at times. Although in Arizona the refi went very well which is amazing given the distance from one another.
Old loan is now paid off and on our way to big savings on our mortgage payments.
