Charlie Sutton is an epitome of a customer service oriented person. He is very knowledgeable, warm and genuine in his dealing with me, a very straight forward, tells you exactly what is going to happen, walks you through, answers all your questions and when there is problem like my scheduling conflict with the appraiser and termite inspections, he takes it upon himself to get it straighten out. A problem solver indeed! Charlie valued my time, constantly he communicates; give updates and guidance throughout the process (which is not easy), making it smooth and stress free for me. He is definitely my mortgage concierge for life. I do not know Charlie, nor meet him, but he became my friend. Clone this man, we need more like him!
