I usually do not write reviews, but I felt that I needed to for the service Dave Freeman provided.
Here's a little backstory of my situation. I had been trying to refinance my home since January 2017. The loan officer I was working at the time kept promising that my refinance would close by the end of each month. However, each month the same issue arose (my HOA being in litigation, no banks were accepting my refinance). In August 2017, I decided to search for a new loan officer and see if I was going to be able to refinance my home, or if I would have to wait until the litigation ended.
I found Dave Freeman (1-619-430-2885) from Global Equity Finance on a google search. I decided to give him a shot. He said I can close the deal in 25 days. I felt pessimistic because I had been attempting for 8 months. However, I said, I'll give him a shot, and if this does not work, it will be my last attempt.
September 25th came, and I was able to finish my refinance. I am so relieved of finally being able to complete this goal of mine in 2017.
