They Did What They Said They Would

We didn't really know what we were getting into when we first let Global Resources in our offices, but I'm sure glad we did. From the start, everybody we dealt with was straight with us and actually listened. They figured out pretty fast where we were bleeding money and where we were just spinning our wheels. Once they got in and started working, things changed quick. New processes, better ways of tracking the numbers, cleaner way of running jobs from the office all the way out to the field. The consultant they put us with put in serious time and didn't sugarcoat anything. He showed us how to look at the business differently and held us accountable for things we had been ignoring for years. Now we actually have a plan. Revenue is up, we know where we're headed, and for the first time I can see a real future for this company.
