My first order from your company arrived today. A majority of the time businesses only hear from their customers when there is a problem. Well, not today! I wanted to drop you a brief note of Thanks for the way in which you handled my order. There are four things that impressed me, First and most obvious was your pricing ,… you can’t be beat! Secondly, even though I signed off on the proofs. You still contacted me when you noticed a photo seemed pixelated and gave me an opportunity to correct it.. So you put my interest first. Nice! Thirdly, today the doorbell rang with the completed order… WOW.. now that is fast service! Oh and lastly .. The postcards look GREAT! You make me look good! So today you’re hearing from a very happy customer .. Thank you all very much.
