Customer Service FAILURE!!!!
I was given a pair of Gravity Defyer's as a gift. I work as a teller but stand in the same place for 8 hours or more a day. It gets tough when you are standing and not walking around. These shoes made the difference for me I was ready to purchase another pair for the summer. Then I noticed that the pair I currently had was starting to fall apart. I figured since these shoes were $140.00 and such a great product that Gravity Defyer would help me with my issue. Boy was I ever so wrong. I contacted them about a week after the 60 day deadline, they would not take the shoes back or offer me replacements. My grandmother was so upset that she went out of her way and spent a lot of money on what she thought was a great product only for it to fall apart right after the 60 day return mark. You cannot have a great product if your customer service is lacking. For those of you who work in positions like mine I suggest getting Dansko's. They work wonders, I got mine through Nordstrom, they were the same price as the gravity defyer shoes but accompanied by over the top customer service. Nordstrom will support your purchase as long as you have the product. I am deeply disappointed with the way my concerns were handled through Gravity Defyer and because of this I will not be purchasing any product from them nor would I recommend them.
