NOT WORTH IT

It has been 45 days now and I'm still waiting for my second pair to be shipped. My first pair was defective; my right shoe was bigger than the left. Although they were size 5 female, they were too big and wide, even with the insoles they provided. Since they don't make any size smaller, I decided to give a different style a try, and been waiting for over a month and half for these to arrive. I also asked them to remove me from the email promotions, as they were sending me too many, but they took my username off, and now I have no way of logging into my account. I ended up canceling all of the orders I had placed (I ordered more, enticed by their coupons and promos, since they are very comfortable, I admit) and these have not been shipped, and it's been a month. Customer support never thanks you either. They don't seem to care.
