I signed up for the Risk-Free Trial as described on their web page. I rec'd the product & then noticed in the packaging information that I had to cancel online & send the product back (even if bottle is empty) within 14 days. They don't even give you time to decide if the product works for you or not. I cancelled online & via their customer service dept & returned the product as instructed. (Have receipt from Post Office) They still charged my debit card $89.95 because they claimed they didn't receive package. I asked if I could fax over the receipt & they said sure but gave me incorrect fax numbers twice. The day after they charged me $89.95 I received an email from their Customer Department stating they received my package & have cancelled my account. Very convenient!! Their customer service department is very rude & knows full well the scam they are pulling on consumers. Don't fall for this.
