Barazani/ Home Depot
I have just spent the last 3 months dealing with a company that I chose to Landscape my backyard. What was supposed to be a well trusted business, has turned into a nightmare!
Barazani, through The Home Depot, started with a great in home consultation, promising to do wonders with my back yard, and within my Budget. This all started in February, and it is now June and I do not have one single thing done!
They promised to send out a rep to sketch the yard, that was the only thing that went right, thank only to the man who was doing it. Once that was completed, they said about 5-6 weeks until they could present the project and start work. 7 weeks later, I had to call to ask what was going on. Well I was given a lot of excuses. Then once they sent me a copy of the design in a PDF, they priced it out to be 3 times my budget. So now I had to wait for them to re-do a second design. 10 weeks later, I had to call them AGAIN, and they made an appointment to come and present it. The day of our appointment no one showed up. They said that they got mixed up, and that the designer would be here within a couple hours! Well, My day had already been ruined. So we set a time for the following week, no one showed again. They then called and said that they would not be able to do a design within my budget, and if they can"t do the whole project, they wouldn't"t do any part of it.
I also found out they double charged my credit card for the deposit, the owner also refused to take care of it for me, blamed it on The Home Depot.
I spent an hour on the phone with the OWNER of the company explaining everything that has happened, that there is no communication between the girls in the office, designers, sketchers and those supposed to do the work, especially to me. She did nothing to make it right. No customer service. She tried to make so many excuses and could care less about her customers.
I wasted 3 months with this company, a company I thought to be well trusted since they are contracted with the Home Depot.
I have since asked for a refund of my initial deposit, cancelled my project and have had to start all over again.
I would rate Barazani a negative, if that's possible. It won't allow me to give 0 stars.
