RUDE loan originator -Horrible to deal with
I am a customer with Nationstar and was looking to refinance. Once I was handed off to the loan processor Jorge things went down hill. I was sent three different disclosure packets with no explanation as to why, until I asked. I have a doublewide that should have been detitled years ago. We found out it was not. I sent Jorge some information and it was 2 weeks before he contacted me back wanting to know if it had been taken care of. I tried to explain what the process was that needed to be done and that the Title Agency here in town could take care of it. Kevin Breen, the originator, got involved again and was insisting that I only needed to make a phone call to my DMV and there was no need to "visit Christmas past" (because I contacted the title agency that originally handed the loan way back). When I tried to tell him that was wrong, he basically called me stupid and said if I couldn't make a phone call to get this taken care of he was going to cancel the loan. I told him to go ahead! These people are horrible to deal with.
