I wanted to write a note to state how impressed I was with Emily Le, Closing Coordinator, and Anthony Nguyen, Mortgage Professional. When I received the letter from Nationstar regarding refinancing my loan I was very hesitate to go forward. Previously my loan was with CENLAR, I received a similar letter advising Nationstar would process a refinance for me. The gentleman at Nationstar that was assigned to me was not honest or didn’t understand his job. The fees he quoted me were completely different when I received the paperwork. I spoke to him several times about my concerns regarding the discrepancies. He assured me he would take care of it but then I would receive new documents that were incorrect. Finally I spoke to another Nationstar representative who I cancelled my request to refinance. However, for several weeks after I kept receiving paperwork with different amounts on them. This time the process was different, it went very smoothly. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Emily Le and Anthony Nguyen. These employees should be commended for their work ethics. Both of them were courteous, attentive, extremely knowledgeable about their jobs and very professional throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure dealing with Nationstar this time because of these two remarkable employees.
