My entire experience with my HARP Loan refi was excellent. The mortgage loan officer, Brooke Cody, did an exceptional job in quickly getting me through the application process and answering all my questions on a timely basis. Veronica Ramirez, the Closing Coordinator, was in one word AWESOME! She kept me informed every step of the way and always got back to me quickly with follow up.
It was a real pleasure doing business with Greenlight. These two ladies are worth their weight in Gold! Professional, personable, and well trained. I know because I am in the banking business myself.
