EXCELLENT SERVICE DUE TO SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have worked over the last 17 years in The Aviation Industry which demands the highest standards of professionalism and due to this my expectations are never quite met in dealing with financial Institutions especially when it comes to Honesty,Integrity and Superior Customer Service. However,this all changed about a month ago when I wanted to refinance my Home and had the opportunity of dealing with two of your employees who provided the most Outstanding,Superior and Professional Customer Service that I had ever experienced.I would like to say a hearty Thank you to Ms. Jackie Brainard and Ms. Maria Vu who not only was knowledge but also confident,well spoken and very prompt to reply to whatever questions I may have had.Along with this they were completely honest with certain questions I had which is so rare to find in any institution today. My Very Best Wishes to them Both and There Employers. Andrew Traboulay
