My wife and I had spent multiple calls after receiving mailing about refinancing and each time we got shot down, the associates never even attempted taking the application. We were so frustrated and never thought we would be able to gain some financial flexibility. We both said we would try one last time before we would completely give up. Then I talked to Andy, who crazily took the application!! We started the process, involved Natalia, and before we knew it, our loan was funded. We appreciate the effort these two folks took, and ultimately we got what we had wanted for years. I applaud both of them, Greenlight is lucky to be able to employ them.
