We put off refinancing our home mortgage for many months, partially due to the unknown costs associated with the process, and partially due to the mountain of paperwork we would encounter. However, Cameron Wallington and Karen Collier, with Nationstar Mortgage and Greenlight Loans, made the whole process SO easy! Even with our very busy summer schedule, we were able to do everything online, which took very little time. They even sent the notary to our house for the final signing of all the documents! It was amazingly simple, with very little out-of-pocket expense. We got a lower interest rate, dropped from a 30- to a 15-year mortgage, and STILL have lower monthly payments! Highly recommend!!
