My husband and I refinanced our home loan through Greenlight and were very happy with the customer service that we received from both Brandon Gibson, our mortgage professional, and Paul Rhee, our loan processor. They were very helpful, courteous and responsive to our financial concerns. They made refinancing a smooth and pleasant experience! We highly recommend working with the both of them! At the time that we were looking into refinancing our home, we were also working with BofA, and ended up dropping BofA right away because the attentiveness and quick response that we were getting from Brandon Gibson was incomparable. We will definitely work with them again in the future & recommend to our family and friends.
