We appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the closing coordinator on our refinance, Mike Chung. He was always easily reachable and responsive to our questions or anything that needed to be addressed. When the notary failed to show for signing loan docs, Mike made sure that another one was quickly arranged, on a Saturday. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with.
