Greenlight loan officers Robert Sides and Duc Lam were polite, professional, and experienced in working with me in the refinancing of my home. They both were informative of the process, and were always just a phone call away with their assistance. These men kept me posted in the different stages of my refinance, and were always available to answer my questions on the refinance. Duc even contacted me when the process was over, and notified me my loan request had funded.
If ever I find or someone approaches me about a home refinance or if the topic is discussed in conversation, I will promote Greenlight Loans as a viable option for those people as well. My wife and I are very pleased and happy with our new loan. Greenlight Loans will have saved me $6,000.00 dollars a year, and my refinance costs will be recovered in less than 6 months..
