I would like to recognize the amazing work my loan officer, Jonathan McGrail, did while helping me refinance my home. He was clear and helped me through all of the steps. He always answered me and returned my calls immediately if I called after hours. He is a true star, and I feel blessed to have worked with him. Jonathan McGrail is a very nice, professional, helpful gentleman and consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to work with him.
